Natalie dropped me within the first couple months because she obviously didn’t believe someone could need long term therapy without claiming me as un fixable. I had two therapist there the one named of Natalie and the other George Duarte. They kept flip-flopping on mask policies the whole time too, only posting signs about masks when they felt they were legally required. I'm fed up with the total negligence of their office employees and have filed my grievance against Clear View. I can't even rely on sending a direct message to the nurse because their online portal requires the messages to be manually forwarded to the recipient, which I suspect was not done with my last message. They scheduled me for an appointment this morning with the nurse but it seems no one liste ned when I said I wanted a phone appointment. I left voicemails multiple times over the course of the year and the only time they EVER called me back was earlier this week when I said I would be leaving and filing a formal complaint against the office unless they responded. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! I was a patient here for about a year and the only times anyone ever picked up the phone was during the first few months I was there. Clear view I wish you guys cared enough to take care of your client's and the sad thing is that I only speak with my psychiatrist every 3 months.
I wish that clear view actually care about there clients instead of seeing me as a way to make money on prescribed meds sad thing is that I would have never been on this medication if she didn't prescribed it and now I'm stuck not being able to get it. I try to reach out to her and never get a response back I called the office they say that they will get my stuff handled and call me back that never happens now I'm out of the meds I was p rescribed and there's nothing I can do till she response back and appoves it been 2 weeks and nothing backonly good thong that had come from clear view is my Therapist jhon he's a great person he does his best to keep me pushing forward he talks to me like I matter and that he actually cares for me thats the only upside to this all is him. I don't feel any better from the day I started talking with my psychiatrist all I do is take the meds I'm was put on. 1 star cause I don't feel like I'm not important to my Psychiatrist are calls are about 4mins to 6mins max only thing is asked is that you need a refill on your medication and that's about it.
